The responsible departments for the Master’s programme in the respective faculty are:
a. Makes suggestions regarding the distribution of subjects among the teachers of the MA- programme,
b. Makes suggestions regarding the choice of subjects and the distribution of subjects per semester,
c. Appoints the supervisor and the members of the three-member examination board, who are appointed by the general assembly of the faculty and who are responsible for the diploma theses,
d. Decides on student requests such as applications for suspension of studies, extension of studies, approval of courses from previous MA-programmes, replacement of courses from this programme with courses from other MA-programmes etc. and makes corresponding suggestions to the general assembly,
e. Investigates questions regarding the structure and progression of the MA-programme and advises the general assembly of the faculty accordingly.
a. They shall convene the members of the Coordination Committee to meetings.
b. They draw up the agenda of the meetings and take the proposals of the members and departments of the MA-programme into account.
c. They order elections for the replacement of members of the Advisory Committees in case of leaving.
d. They are responsible for the budget planning and the annual accounts of the programme. Those are to be submitted to the Assembly for approval.
e. They are responsible for monitoring the implementation of the budget and for issuing payment orders for the corresponding expenditure.
f. At the end of their term of office and that of the Coordination Committee they draw up a detailed final report on the research and teaching work of the MA-programme and their other additional projects aimed at improving the programme, better integration of human potential, optimising existing infrastructures and using available resources of the MA-programme to the benefit of society.
